- 2006- TEAM Innovative Solutions idea was born
- 2010 -TEAM  enters the power utility market

- 2013 TEAM Innovative Solutions Inc. corporation was born
- 2013 - Oversaw construction of  SS upgrade at Cathedral Square Vancouver and New Westminster sub-station
- 2013 - Oversaw Construction management at Glenannan, IOCO, Northwood, Canreed and Murrin substations

- 2014 - TEAM is brought on board by Altagas  to manage the Forest Kerr project

- 2017 - TEAM partners with BBA to assist GE to commission the LCP project in Atlantic Canada

- 2018 TEAM expands to USA by buying Big Island Vending LLC.
